When making a booking via Fresha, my online booking system, all aesthetic treatments and full sets of lashes will require a 50% deposit upfront. This payment is made via Fresha at the time of booking.
This is to secure your appointment and ensure that you are committed to the appointment. It helps cover any costs associated with preparing for the treatments, such as ordering supplies, products and ordering prescriptions.
Deposits are non refundable, as it serves a guarantee of your commitment to the treatment.
If a treatment is cancelled with 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 notice, a credit towards the same treatment rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original date will be given. Treatment cannot be rescheduled for a second time and this will result in you losing the 50% deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing your 50% deposit.
No shows will result in the remaining 50% of the balance taken from the card you confirm the appointment with.
